Implement effective solutions to repair or restore equipment functionality, including replacing faulty components, performing software updates, or reconfiguring settings. .Conduct scheduled maintenance checks and servicing to ensure equipment operates efficiently and prevent unexpected failures. Perform repairs on specialized equipment, including disassembly, component replacement, and reassembly to restore equipment to full functionality. Assist with the installation of specialized equipment, including setting up, calibrating, and configuring systems according to specifications.Integrate new equipment with existing systems, ensuring compatibility and proper functionality within the overall setup. Maintain detailed records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and technical support provided. Generate and submit reports on equipment status, support cases, and technical issues encountered to supervisors or management.
