This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder and get involved in strategy, operations, and innovation projects that shape how modern recruitment businesses run.The RoleThis role is ideal for someone who can thrive in a start up, and ready to build something meaningful. You’ll work on high-impact projects from automation and data tools to brand initiatives and growth experiments. Some days will be about process and structure, others about creativity and big ideas. You’ll learn what it takes to build a startup from the ground up.What You’ll DoPartner with the Founder on strategic, operational, and innovation projects.Research and implement AI and automation tools that enhance productivity and decision-making.Support projects across recruitment, marketing, and community development.Analyze data, streamline operations, and design efficient workflows.Contribute to “future of work” initiatives, exploring how people, technology, and design come together.Occasionally support special or cross-functional projects that link business strategy, content, and brand.Who You AreAn early-career professional looking for a hands-on role in a fast-growing startup.Background in business, consulting, engineering, data, or communications — though curiosity matters more than titles.Analytical, adaptable, and proactive.
