Job Description

Creates Customer AccountsReceives Credit Applications to create new accountChecks application for completenessLogs application in tracking tool (e.g. KMS) for Data Steward approval/sRecords customer details in SAP.Links new accounts to PBL master and deactivates old accounts.Files application documents.Generates reports of all changes and validates.Maintain Customer AccountsMaintains following areas on the customer master:Extension of existing accounts to new sales areas.Customer contact details.Banking details.Company Code (FI) DataSales area data.Shipping data.Billing data.Partner functions.Generates reports of all changes and validates.Operational Excellence and Compliance Participates in all safety programs (LPS, Wellnomics, and Stop Work Authority) and demonstrates operational excellence and AE values.Completes all required training and Corporate Compliance functions when required.General Administrative and Service Center SupportGeneral Administrative and Service Centre SupportMaintenance and organisation of CM Group MailboxContinuous validation and verification of Customer Master data base.Learn and assist with other Service Centre activities. (e.g. Customer Communication, AE Connect, StarCard support, etc.)Organisational Capability Participate in business initiatives which involve changes or enhancements to the Customer Master process (e.g. development of the BM Rebates Automation program).Participate in Projects involving the Customer Master Data Base as a key element.Professional Qualification and Certifications: Degree, Diploma in BCom, Sales and Marketing or equivalent would be advantageousExtensive SAP knowledge and experienceComputer skills – proficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelWork Experience:3 to 5 years exposure in a Master Data SAP environmentProven collaboration with BU’s across greater organization to ensure alignment and quality service at all timesKnowledge and skills:Leadership Skills:DecisivenessIntegrityRelationship building Problem-solvingDependabilityConflict resolutionExcellent AE organizational savvyAbility to deal with multi-tasking and work in a dynamic environmentTime management skillsDemonstrate customer relationship building and management skillsAble to demonstrate a continuous improvement mind-setStrong customer service ethic and ability to understand, meet and champion customer’s needs, while adhering to Astron Energy’s policies and procedures.Excellent verbal and written communicating skillsComputer skills – proficient with Microsoft word and ExcelAnalytical, efficient and thoroughApplication deadline:13 November 2025
