We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and lead the development and execution of AD Ports Group’s Economic Cities & Free Zones Cluster’s social media presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical insight to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate meaningful leads through innovative content and social campaigns.Job Purpose To develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across all digital platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through creative content and data-driven campaigns.Core Responsibilities Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity. Manage daily operations across social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Plan and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting. Create, edit, and oversee high-quality visual and written content including posts, videos, stories, reels, and blogs. Monitor, respond, and engage with audiences to build an active and loyal online community. Run paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) including budgeting, targeting, and optimization. Collaborate with internal teams (Design, PR, Events, Digital Marketing) to ensure consistent messaging. Track and analyze performance metrics to measure engagement, reach, and ROI. Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay current on industry trends, algorithms, and emerging digital platforms. Manage influencer and partnership collaborations where applicable. Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, compliance, and cultural relevance. Partner with the Section Head to develop a comprehensive social media strategy. Identify and secure partnerships and collaborations to expand the business’s digital reach. Develop and implement strategies to leverage social media for lead generation, brand awareness, and thought leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Professional fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic or Chinese is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing multiple social media platforms for major brands; B2B experience is a plus. Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with measurable results. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills. Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.). Understanding of SEO, GEO, paid media, and content marketing principles.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
