Secondly to implement said Framework, to ensure that business is undertaken in a compliant manner to avoid operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage to the organisation and to enable the competitive advantage of the organisation.QualificationsType of Qualification: First DegreeField of Study: Risk ManagementExperience RequiredGroup Anti Financial CrimeCompliance3-4 yearsExpert in Compliance with profound knowledge of the full dimensions of the field, but deep expertise in the relevant area of specialisation. Regulatory environment savvy, with the proven ability to influence all levels of employees to effectively implement compliance frameworks.3-4 yearsThe realm of AML/CFT locally and internationally. AML/CFT advisory. Risk and control frameworks. Policy and policy implementation. International AML/CFT laws/ regulations/ guidance. Legislative and regulatory requirements related to financial institutions.
