Join CETIN and be part of this team!ROLE OVERVIEW Responsible for leasing of rooftops, towers, land and other infrastructure, needed for construction of base stations, following the corporate plan for mobile network rollout.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Make visits to different populated places and geographical areas for selection of rooftops, lands, and other infrastructure, suitable for construction of base station, following preliminary established technical requirements and lease bands.Negotiates with landlords the main terms of lease contract as duration, cost, exit clauses etc.., collects required documents for lease contract conclusion according to current legislation and approved company rules and policy.Lead negotiations, participate in tenders, collect required documents for purchasing of land plots.Make business cases and real estate market researches in order to obtain information about current trends of rental and purchasing costs in different geographical and populated areas.Represent site acquisition team in new site rollout process by participating in meetings and discussions with other departments.Communicate with company legal in terms of approved and used lease contract templatesKeep clear track records of performed activities and lease contracts parameters by updating of relevant inventory tools and database; preparation of reports and presentation delivery.REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree in Business administration, Engineering or LawExperience in a relevant fieldVery good communication and negotiation skillsAbility to follow up end-to-end assigned tasks & deadlinesActive driving licenseWHAT WE OFFERWorking opportunity in a collaborative teamPositive workplace culture where you would receive all the support you need from your peers and managers in order to achieve your personal and team goalsInternal and online training possibilitiesAnnual bonus based on your personal performancePreferential prices for mobile devices and accessoriesUnlimited mobile services and mobile internetFlexible working hoursMonthly food vouchersTransportation allowanceAdditional health insuranceUp to 25 days annual paid leaveOnly short-listed candidates will be contacted.
