We are looking for a proactive and communicative doer who enjoys connecting people and getting things doneThrough expert-led workshops, tailored support for business development strategies, and cross-border demonstration, fairs and networking opportunities, projects help companies strengthen their business capabilities and expand into international markets.We are now looking for a hands-on, internationally minded, and outgoing Specialist, dual-use technology.The projects promotes defence, and dual-use and drone innovations to support growth, internationalization. Fostering collaboration between universities, industries, and ecosystems is among the key tasks. Our goal is to help Finnish companies take their innovations to international markets and seize new opportunities emerging from Europe’s rapidly evolving defence landscape.What you will doBuild and maintain cooperation with national and international ecosystems, clusters, large corporations, and SMEsSupport companies in export and internationalization activities – from strategic initiatives to hands-on tasks like trade fairs and international business visitsOrganize and coordinate events, business delegations, and export activitiesNetwork actively both in Finland and abroad (especially in Sweden, Estonia, elsewhere in Europe, and occasionally the US or Asia)Collaborate closely with partner organizations from Sweden and EstoniaIdentify and develop collaboration opportunities between export programs and ecosystemsThe position includes some travel (approximately 2–3 trips in spring and autumn, typically 3–5 days per trip).Who you areYou are a proactive and communicative doer who enjoys connecting people and getting things done.
