职位介绍:人力资源运营专员将协助人力资源运营经理提供包括但不仅限于与员工入职、内部发展、离职流程相关的人力资源服务。您将在流程的设计、实施、运作和不断的提高优化中做出主要贡献。您还将负责为团队中的新员工提供培训和指导,使其能提供有效优秀的服务来满足员工的需求。协助管理实习生,保证实习生在日常工作中提供有效优质的服务。您还会视情况而定来支持一些项目的运作。工作内容:向人力资源运营经理提供将来流程和使用系统的有效建议;协助流程设计和相应的系统实施工作。为员工提供人力资源运营服务,确保平稳积极的员工体验。能主动分析日常工作中接触到的数据,根据数据分析来提高所提供的服务,并追求带来更好的客户体验。和供应商保持良好的工作关系,不断提出提高供应商的服务质量和服务效率的建议。负责自己工作的合规性审计,并对工作经验不足的同事提供建议。和迪士尼乐园的其他人力资源团队紧密合作,并在不同项目合作中和其他部门建立良好合作关系。在负责提供的服务中或项目中能很好的处理矛盾和问题。严格遵守所有人力资源规定和员工守则的规定。我们希望您:本科毕业,3年以上人力资源行业工作经验,将优先考虑与人力资源共享中心或招聘相关履历。娴熟的电脑技能 (Excel, Word, Power Point),熟悉人力资源系统,将优先考虑掌握SAP、SuccessFactors、Workday、E-workflow系统相关技能。有效的沟通能力,能熟练地用中英文进行书面和口头的沟通。有能力解决冲突,并积极提出问题的解决方案。能有逻辑的工作,在解决问题时能有一定的灵活性。能意识到问题的紧急性,并积极跟进问题的解决。能融入迪士尼的文化并用于工作中。和迪士尼乐园的各级人员和团队紧密合作。能在快速的工作节奏中工作,能同时提供不同的服务。能对工作中接触的内容保持高度保密性。Job SummaryThe Specialist will report to HR Operations Manager to deliver HR Operations services which are related to but not limit to on boarding, work life cycle, separation processes. You will play a key role in the process and system design, implement, stabilize until and continuously enhance. The role will also coach junior team members in daily job and ramp up new team members in order to provide positive and efficient services, operational excellence and optimal customer service. This individual will assist in managing the interns and ensure quality results are delivered through interns from daily work. The Specialist will be called upon from time to time to manage special projects arising from the rapidly evolving development of the function.Key ResponsibilitiesMake recommendations to HR Operations Manager of future process and system using; assist the processes design and will be responsible for some sub process or system landing project associated.Deliver repetitive and administrative services to ensure a smooth and positive cast experience.Will be proactively analysis daily work and find opportunity for improvement initiatives and is willing to drive enhancement for better cast touch experience.Closely work with supplier and vendor in HR Operations, and continuously provide suggestions for better SLA and metrics.Deliver compliance auditing in your functional area and coach junior team member if necessary.Work closely with Shanghai Disney Resort other HR functions, plays an active role in building and maintaining business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Conflict resolution and problem solving on assigned special projects and processes.Adherence to all personnel policies and company handbooks.Desired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree, 3 years plus of working experience in HR area, share services experience or recruitment experience will be preferred.Efficient Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) and technical aptitude for other systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, e-workflow) will be a plus.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written communication in Mandarin and English.Ability to manage conflicts and problem-solve issues to resolution.Ability to work in an organize and logic manner and with flexibility to adapt to change when necessary.Demonstrated strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to follow up on outstanding matters efficiently.Ability to exemplify the values of the Disneyland Resort and share those values with clients and team.Ability to partner and interact with employees at all levels within the Disneyland Resort.Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
