Job DescriptionAs a Licensing Specialist in Nokia Technologies' Regional Sales team based in Tokyo, you will play a pivotal role in participating individual patent licensing opportunities throughout Japan and other Asian countries for supporting experienced licensing experts from the beginning until the end. This role is essential for achieving our strategic goals and enhancing recurring revenue streams. Join us at Nokia, where your contributions will have a tangible impact on our technology leadership and commitment to innovation.How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnParticipating and supporting licensing negotiations to close licensing agreements, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.Collaborate with the Licensing team to establish goals for key licensing programs and customer engagement.Influence and shape business strategy in response to market trends and regulatory challenges.Maintain high-quality standards in licensing processes and ensure compliance with industry best practices.Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders, while actively listening to and addressing customer needs.
