We are looking for a talented and experienced Specialist Radiologist to join our healthcare team in Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate diagnoses through the interpretation of various imaging modalities. You will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and contribute to the development of radiology services within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and analyze imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasoundsCommunicate findings to referring physicians and other healthcare professionals clearly and effectivelyContribute to case discussions in multidisciplinary meetings to formulate sound treatment plansAssist in the development and implementation of radiology protocols and standardsParticipate in quality assurance initiatives and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standardsProvide guidance and support to junior radiologists and radiology staffEngage in continuous professional education to stay updated on advancements in radiologyRequirementsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or (DNB) from an accredited institutionBoard certification in RadiologyA valid medical license to practice in BahrainMinimum of 5 years of experience in a radiology practice, with proven expertise in diagnostic imagingProficiency in various imaging modalities and techniquesStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with medical teams and convey information to patientsAttention to detail and strong analytical skills for accurate diagnosisCommitment to professional growth and continuous improvement in clinical practiceA collaborative work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
