Specialist / Senior Specialist - Export Control

We are seeking an Export Control Specialist to champion the implementation of export control requirements in IT applications like SAP and TA22. This role will empower you to participate in dynamic ad-hoc projects and engage in impactful APAC ECC workshops. You will play a vital part in reviewing and releasing blocked orders in order-processing systems and non-standard delivery approval platforms, ensuring secure operations and making a difference every day.Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role:Implement export control requirements in IT applications like SAP and TA22. Participate in ad-hoc projects and APAC ECC workshops.Review and release blocked orders in order-processing systems and non-standard delivery approval platforms to ensure secure operations.Accurately classify shipments, technology transfers, and hiring positions (if applicable) and provide advisory support for daily operational export control matters.Assist the Export Control Operations team with preparing documentation for audits and maintaining accurate records of past shipments.Collaborate on digitalisation initiatives, maintain project overviews, and acquire new skillsets to optimise workflows and compliance processes.Participate in external training sessions and contribute to internal awareness programs to ensure alignment with changing regulations and best practices.Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed:A degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, Data Science, or a related field.At least two years of experience in a relevant role, ideally in an international or multicultural environment.
