Responsibilities:Strategic Program Leadership & delivery:Spearhead all AI initiatives within DM&T Spearhead DM&T wide transformation programs—including AI/digital/technology (AIDT) PMO, sustainability, and system implementations (e.g., CRM)—to achieve step-change improvements in performanceScope, define, manage and deliver projects with cross-functional teams, rigorous planning, resource allocation, ensuring alignment with DM&T CEO priorities. Delivering on timelines, budgets, and quality standards, often generating multi-million-dollar impact.Ensure each initiative is underpinned by robust financial analysis, including ROI modeling and value tracking, in close collaboration with Finance.Facilitate strategic workshops and studies to align leadership on vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
