Specialized Talent Sourcer

The Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions. They have a deep understanding of the industry and job requirements they recruit for, and utilize specialized sourcing techniques to effectively match qualified candidates to the defined unique needs of client organizations.Must-Haves:Experience in niche sourcing (Life Sciences background is a plus)Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experienceProficiency with X-Ray searches, advanced Boolean, and data miningWork Location: Mandaluyong, this role will require office presence on scheduled onsite daysWork Hours: APAC 3rd shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.Review large volumes of resumes across multiple platforms to identify qualified candidates efficiently.Manage job postings and applications, ensuring timely and professional candidate communication.Source and engage candidates through online platforms, social media, and networking, especially for hard-to-fill or niche roles.Execute targeted sourcing strategies — including cold calling, email campaigns, and recruitment marketing — to build and maintain talent communities.Conduct pre-screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting to hiring teams.Evaluate when to shift from resume reviewing to proactive sourcing based on hiring needs and talent market dynamics.Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform sourcing strategies.Promote the employer brand and highlight career growth opportunities to potential candidates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and other sourcing tools.Support diversity and inclusion goals by identifying talent from a wide range of backgrounds.Recommend process improvements to enhance sourcing and recruitment efficiency.Education:High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field is preferred.Experience:Minimum 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.Deep understanding of, niche roles and solid sourcing experience a preference in Life Sciences but not required.Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within the North American market.Skilled in resume screening, sourcing, cold calling, and candidate pre-screening.Exposure:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both with candidates and hiring teams.Strong research and market analysis skillsAbility to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meeting deadlines and handling niche recruitment requirements.Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively, finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent.Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.Strong focus on achieving sourcing targetsCompany DescriptionAre you ready to accelerate your career?
