About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead the company's global human resources strategy alongside the day-to-day management of HR practices. This role combines strategic leadership with strong executional skills, with a focus on supporting business growth and ensuring professional management of HR functions. RESPONSIBILITIES:
People Strategy - Define and lead the overall HR strategy, implementing practices that support business objectives and organizational growth. Talent Acquisition Oversight - Manage recruitment at the macro level: workforce planning, defining organizational needs, managing headcount and targets, and overseeing global hiring processes. Employee Experience & Engagement - Drive processes to strengthen employee engagement and retention of talents around the world. Learning & Development - Develop and implement training programs, design professional growth opportunities for employees and managers, performance management, career development, and programs that improve people's skills.
Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure compliance with international labor laws, manage employee relations, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. HR Operations - Oversee HR systems, processes, policies, and workforce data to ensure efficient and accurate day-to-day operations. HR Team Leadership - Lead, develop, and support the HR team, ensuring professionalism, effectiveness, and alignment with leadership direction and organizational goalsRequirements 10+ years of experience in HR management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Proven experience working in dynamic environments, with multicultural teams and complex operations. Strong expertise in all areas of HR operations:
HRIS systems, labor law, compensation & benefits, and compliance. Demonstrated ability to design long-term HR strategies while ensuring hands-on execution. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working directly with C-Level executives, and influencing at the organizational level. Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams across multiple areas of responsibility.
