Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing & Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of billing operations, financial planning, and accounting oversight. This role combines hands-on involvement in invoicing with broader responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end billing processes and ensure timely and accurate invoicingAnalyze and reconcile customer accountsMaintain client records related to invoicing and bill paymentsOversee payroll execution in coordination with internal teams and external partnersPrepare monthly financial reports, and budget summariesEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal controlsLiaise with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutionsCollaborate with other departments to streamline financial workflowsRequirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or anything relatedAt least 3 years of experience in Finance or Billing managementStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills.
