Visit www.yieldwerx.com for more information.Key Responsibilities:Understand project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases based on functional and technical specifications.Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Selenium, and other relevant frameworks or tools.Perform functional, UI, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. Log, track, and verify defects and issues using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Collaborate with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues.Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing.Provide clear and concise documentation for test plans, test cases, and test results.Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and QA reviews.Continuously learn and improve QA practices.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.At least 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in automation testing, preferably using Python and Selenium.Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle (STLC).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.Ability to work both independently and in a team.
