As a Squad Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of your squad, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. This role is ideal for a seasoned full-stack engineer with a passion for leadership, agile methodologies, and delivering impactful digital banking solutions.Key Responsibilities: - Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to the squad. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and the Definition of Done. Champion agile principles and practices within the squad. Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals. Act as a servant leader, promoting open communication, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Proactively identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth progress of development activities. Drive accountability and performance within the squad. Monitor progress, provide feedback, and ensure a high-quality output aligned with business goals.
