Job Description

Position OverviewWe are hiring a full-time K–12 Math Curriculum Lead to join our Shanghai office in China. This role is ideal for an experienced educator or curriculum designer with a strong background in elementary or middle school math and a passion for educational innovation. You will lead the localization and development of high-quality digital math content—including PowerPoints, scripts, videos, and interactive materials—for U. S. and international curricula. This is a key position on our curriculum team, combining expertise in instructional design, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful learning experiences. Responsibilities·      Content Localization:

 Lead the localization and adaptation of existing Chinese K–12 math materials—including instructional videos, problems, animations, games, scripts, and PPTs—into English for U. S. and international curricula. ·      Curriculum Development:  Oversee curriculum development across grade levels, course planning, defining learning objectives, creating PowerPoint slides, reviewing video scripts, and developing practice problems, to deliver fully localized digital content. ·      Current Focus and Future Expansion:   Initially focus on G1–G3 math curriculum planning and quality assurance. Responsibilities will expand to upper elementary and middle school levels. ·      Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Work closely with teams across China and the U. S.

, including curriculum, content production, product, and tech teams, to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery. Qualifications·     Minimum 5 years of math teaching experience in international schools, familiar with English instruction and U. S. /international standards (elementary and/or middle school). ·     At least 10 years in the education industry; background in curriculum design (math or English) or EdTech experience preferred. ·     Native English speaker preferred, or near-native fluency in spoken and written English. Strong Chinese reading and communication skills required. ·     Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills; able to coordinate teams and ensure timely execution.
