Join us.YOUR IMPACTAs a Senior Account Executive , you will drive growth for OpenText’s Observability & Service Management (OSM) solutions across enterprise organizations in Saudi Arabia. You’ll work with major companies and industry leaders to accelerate digital transformation, enhance performance, and enable resilient, AI-powered operations.What The Role OffersOwn and grow a strategic enterprise territory across Saudi Arabia.Drive consultative, value-based sales of OpenText’s OSM/ IT Operations portfolio.Build and manage a high-value pipeline aligned with enterprise IT transformation goals.Develop and execute account-based strategies to land, expand, and retain key customers.Position OpenText as a trusted digital partner for mission-critical operations.Collaborate with solution consultants, partners, and delivery teams to design winning proposals.Navigate complex enterprise procurement and multi-stakeholder sales environments.Build strong relationships with partners and system integrators to expand influence and co-sell opportunities.What You Need To Succeed10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in ITOM/OSM/DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure.Proven success selling to large enterprise accounts in the UAE or GCC region.Strong record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.Ability to build trusted relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and senior executives.Understanding of enterprise procurement processes and decision-making structures.Excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills.Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.ONE LAST THINGJoin us as an OSM Senior Account Executive and play a key role in helping leading organizations modernize their IT operations.
