We recently reached $5M of contracted ARR and are growing rapidly (over 150% MRR growth YTD).Location: Remote (U.S. time zones preferred)Important Application Requirements (Mandatory)An English CV/resume is REQUIREDHotel industry accounting experience is REQUIREDAbout The RoleWe are hiring an experienced Senior Accountant with direct hotel industry experience to support client onboarding, streamline accounting operations, and customize accounting workflows for hotel and hospitality businesses. This is a fully remote role and a key position within our growing team.This role requires hands-on experience working with hotel accounting systems, revenue structures, and operational reporting. Candidates without prior hotel industry accounting experience will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support hotel client onboarding, including setup of accounting systems and workflowsCustomize and streamline accounting processes specific to hotel operationsManage and review financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end closeWork with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and revenue management platformsEnsure compliance with hospitality accounting standards and best practicesPrepare and review hotel-specific reports (daily revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, etc.)Identify process improvements and implement scalable accounting solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and client experienceAct as a subject-matter expert for hotel accounting and financial operationRequired QualificationsSenior-level accounting experience (5+ years preferred)Direct hotel industry accounting experience is REQUIREDStrong understanding of hotel accounting, including revenue, payroll, and departmental reportingExperience onboarding hotel clients and setting up accounting systemsProficiency with hotel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, M3, Opera, Maestro, or similar)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHighly organized, detail-oriented, and process-drivenComfortable working independently in a remote environmentEnglish B2+ Required.What We OfferFully remote positionOpportunity to work with a growing, hospitality-focused accounting teamHigh-impact role helping improve and scale client accounting operations
