Responsibilities include analyzing forecasts, comparing them to budgets, and providing overall business reports.Moreover, it involves conducting Ad Hoc analyses as requested by senior management. Furthermore, the person in this role will work closely with different teams to gather data, conduct analysis, and present findings to senior management. This collaborative approach ensures that insights are effectively communicated and used to inform strategic decisions throughout the organization.The Sr. Analyst, Finance will be responsible for: Prepare and support forecast, annual operating plan, and five-year plan financial submissions for non-Sports.Analyze actual P&L variances against forecast, plan, and prior year for external reporting purposes.Consult with the Accounting team during quarterly financial closeCommunicate regularly with budget owners to ensure plans reflect most current strategies and informationPerform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required to support the financial needs of the businessCollaborate with the preparation of presentations for Senior ManagementWhat we need from you to be part of this story:At least 3 years of experience in Accounting/FinanceBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldsExcel (Advanced), Sap Basic, Microsoft Access and Power BI are preferredWell-developed interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships and interact with executives.Ability to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.Intermediate – Advanced level of EnglishAdditional Information: At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
