This role is ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who excel in high-impact environments and are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare space. You will work cross-functionally to drive success for the providers you manage, collaborating with internal teams to improve provider performance, grow marketing budgets, and optimize HDmall’s processes.Key Responsibilities:Account Management: Fully own and manage a portfolio of healthcare providers on HDmall, ensuring they achieve their goals for both quality and quantity.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Healthcare Marketing Solutions team to increase marketing solutions budgets within your portfolio.Provider Advocacy: Serve as the voice of your providers, offering feedback to product and operations teams to improve HDmall’s platform and business processes.Growth and Success: Build strong relationships with healthcare providers to help them thrive on HDmall, acting as their trusted advisor and strategic partner.Innovation and Improvement: Provide proactive input to refine business processes and drive operational enhancements across HDmall.Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a high degree of ownership and initiative to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Feedback and Reporting: Share insights with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring continuous platform improvement.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier domestic or international university. Open to fresh graduates with multiple internships at blue-chip companies, e-commerce, finance, consulting, or early-stage startups.Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in e-commerce, finance, consulting, or fast-growing startups.Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
