We’re partnering with a leading FMCG company within Food & Beverage Manufacturing. As Senior Brand Manager based out of Saudi, you’ll play a key role in driving brand strategy and execution for one of their leading brands in the region. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives, from innovation and renovation to communications and commercial performance, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead brand and communication strategies, ensuring excellence across innovation, renovation and activation projects.Contribute to the development of long-term brand growth plans and market strategies.Manage budgets, track performance, and ensure ROI-driven decision-making.Oversee the product and project management cycle, ensuring alignment between regional and global teams.Drive collaboration with local activation markets to ensure brand relevance and consumer impact.Champion brand health and ensure execution excellence across all touchpoints.RequirementsPresence and experience in KSA in essential for this role. Arabic is mandatory 8–10 years of solid brand management experience within leading FMCG or consumer goods companies.Proven expertise in communication strategy, innovation, and P&L management.Strategic mindset with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a matrix organisation and work effectively across multiple cultures.Thank you for your application.
