About The RoleAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will make an impact by leading business analysis efforts across complex, cross-functional projects. You will be a valued member of the SNBG Team and work collaboratively with project leadership, technical teams, and client stakeholders to design scalable, integrated solutions that align with business goals.In This Role, You WillLead end-to-end business analysis activities for complex technology and process optimization projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements, including user stories.Translate business needs into functional specifications and support solution architecture and design.Facilitate stakeholder engagement, drive consensus, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.Support testing and validation efforts to ensure solutions meet user expectations and business outcomes.Work model: HybridWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 up to 3 days a week in a Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Calle Tucuman 3720. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.What You Need To Have To Be Considered5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in process design and optimization.3+ years of experience working on technology projects, including cross-platform or multi-system integration initiatives.Proven ability to gather and document requirements using user stories and other industry-standard techniques.Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or a related field.ITIL v3 or v4 Certification.Certified System Administrator (CSA) – ServiceNow.These will help you stand outCertifications such as Six Sigma, CPDE, Agile, Prosci, or TOGAF.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.Experience with Scrum and other Agile methodologies.Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., PMPO).Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic guidance across teams.Experience in metrics, reporting, and performance measurement.We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
