One customer, one family, one community at a time.About This RoleAs a Compliance Specialist in Compliance your role will be: The Compliance Specialist AI supports the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of controls related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, ensuring alignment with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards. The Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify risks, assess controls, evaluate datasets, and support responsible AI governance across the organization.Roles & ResponsibilitiesMonitor and interpret applicable AI‑related regulations, guidance, standards, and industry frameworks. Assist in implementing compliance controls that align with global requirements. Support the documentation, review, and maintenance of AI governance policies and procedures.B. Risk Assessment & Controls Conduct AI risk assessments for new or existing AI models and tools. Evaluate risks related to data quality, model performance, bias, explainability, human oversight, and security. Support the development of risk mitigation plans and monitor control effectiveness.C. Data Governance Support Review datasets used in AI systems for completeness, integrity, and compliance with data protection requirements. Coordinate with Data Governance teams on data minimization, retention, access controls, and lineage documentation.D. Model Governance & Monitoring Assist in reviewing model documentation, including testing and validation reports. Support ongoing monitoring activities such as drift detection, fairness testing, and periodic compliance reviews. Ensure evidence and audit trails are properly maintained.E. Issue Management & Remediation Identify control gaps or regulatory deficiencies in AI workflows. Track remediation activities and ensure timely closure of issues. Prepare summaries of findings for Compliance leadership and Risk Committees. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Data Science, Information Security, and Risk teams. Participate in model review committees or AI governance forums. Support training and awareness initiatives related to responsible AI and regulatory requirements. Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and metrics related to AI risk and control health. Maintain project documentation aligned with internal audit and regulatory expectations. Support responses to regulatory inquiries and internal/external audits. Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, or regulatory frameworks.
