Reporting to the Director of Corporate Recruiting and Organizational Workforce Planning, this individual will own full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for a portfolio of roles across departments such as Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. The Senior Corporate Recruiter is a consultative partner to hiring managers and People Services Business Partners, delivering strategic talent solutions and a seamless candidate experience.This position requires a regular in-office presence to support key hiring activities, including providing on-site support of new hires in their first few days of employment, participating in in-person candidate interviews, and engaging in recruiting strategy meetings with hiring managers and department heads. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will also explore and leverage AI-based recruiting tools to improve department efficiency and enhance sourcing strategies.RequirementsEssential FunctionsManage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate roles, from intake to offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, sourcing strategies, interview plans, and decision-making frameworks. Source passive and active candidates through a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, employee referrals, AI recruiting platforms, and networking. Screen candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, process updates, and guidance on hiring best practices. Collaborate with People Services Business Partners and the Director to understand workforce planning needs and align recruiting priorities accordingly. Participate in in-person recruiting strategy sessions and other on-site hiring activities. Ensure a high-quality, engaging experience for all candidates, regardless of hiring outcome. Provide on-site presence for in-person interviews and new hire first-day onboarding to ensure a professional and welcoming experience. Communicate proactively and professionally throughout the hiring process, representing the Aveanna brand. Research, pilot, and recommend AI-driven recruiting tools and technologies to improve sourcing, screening, and hiring efficiency. Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience. Stay current on industry trends and share best practices with the broader recruiting team. Support internal mobility efforts and participate in the promotion/demotion/job movement processes as needed. Oversee the administration of corporate internship programs, ensuring high-impact learning experiences and supporting the conversion of interns into full-time hires where appropriate. Assist in special projects such as Inclusion & Engagement hiring initiatives, campus recruiting events, and contingent workforce planning efforts. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within corporate functions. Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. Experience with AI recruiting tools, talent intelligence platforms, or emerging HR technologies preferred. Experience working in an ATS (Workday, iCIMS, or similar) and using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Willingness to work onsite for candidate interviews, onboarding, and recruiting strategy meetings.
