GrowthAssistant is looking for an energetic and experienced Sr. Creative Designer to support one of our U.S.-based clients. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of design strategy and execution, acting as the subject matter expert for creative assets across social media, newsletters, presentations, and digital campaigns.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting startup environment, collaborate with ambitious professionals, and continuously grow your design expertise while working with a well-known brand.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: ₱70,000 - ₱85,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll DoAct as the design SME, providing creative strategies, recommendations, and execution across channelsApply brand guidelines to social media ads, newsletter graphics, and presentation designsPost and schedule social media content (X, LinkedIn; Meta in the future) using Hypefury, Typefully, and manual scheduling as neededEdit video/podcast content (volume, audio polish, basic design overlays); stitch and edit short video/GIF content for campaignsCreate decks and enhance internal docs, proposals, and presentationsQC and iterate on creative assets (crop, resize, add overlays, improve design)Provide recommendations on optimizing and improving design stylesUse tools such as Notion, Google Docs, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite to deliver high-quality workWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience designing social media ads, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations for U.S.-based clientsExperience posting to social media channels (X, LinkedIn preferred)1+ year of experience with admin/reporting tasks (e.g., social media metrics)Strong proofreading skills for grammar, readability, and accuracyHighly organized with a project management approach to workComfortable offering recommendations and new ideas to clientsFlexible and adaptable, able to handle shifting priorities and ad-hoc tasksExcellent collaboration skills, with availability to meet U.S.-based clients several times per weekAbility to work CST hoursNice to HaveVideo editing experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere ProExperience working with early-stage startupsFamiliarity with Gmail, Slack, CanvaGrowth OpportunitiesReporting on social media metrics in Google Sheets (impressions, downloads, views)Expanding creative impact across new channels and content formatsWhy You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
