Job Description

Position Purpose/Summary Of RoleThe Senior Customer Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing local marketing campaigns and products, driving customer engagement, loyalty, and brand affinity through tailored campaigns, events, and strategic product management. He/ she will actively participate in campaign execution, local and regional reporting, and ensuring effective communication across multiple departments. The role requires strong collaboration, leadership, and strategic insight to enhance product performance in line with global brand concepts. Main ResponsibilitiesCustomer MarketingCampaign Planning and ManagementPlan and manage the annual/monthly retail marketing & CRM calendar, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy.

Localize global campaigns, including copy review, in-store activation, and event planning. Lead product management, including new product launches, product analysis, and ensuring effective positioning. Oversee the creation of local campaign materials such as campaign copy, official photography, and film production. Pricing & ForecastingManage annual product pricing and new product pricing strategies. Lead new product forecasting to ensure market readiness and proper alignment with demand. Oversee retail marketing & CRM budget management. Forecast premium samples and manage their distribution. Customer-Related Event ManagementPlan and execute customer engagement events, experiential workshops (e. g.

, skincare or fragrance workshops), and in-store gestures, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Lead and execute new partnerships to ensure maximum product exposure. Cultivate customer-centric events, such as Elevated Skincare Workshops and fragrance workshops, to deepen brand connection and product understanding. Partnership Cultivation Actively seek and identify new brand partnerships and sponsorships that align with the company’s marketing goals and brand image. Cultivate partnerships with local artists, influencers, and brands to increase brand visibility and create co-branded marketing opportunities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to create joint marketing campaigns that leverage partners' strengths and reach new audiences. Organize and manage co-branded activations, pop-ups, and partnerships with local cultural events to expand brand presence and awareness. Reports and AnalysisWork closely with Head of Marketing and Customer Assistant Marketing Manager to prepare strategic reports for Global. Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing reports, campaign reports, and Beaute research. Oversee CRM reports and perform competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities. People ManagementMentorship and CoachingProvide mentorship and guidance to the Customer Marketing Coordinator.

Oversee the Customer Marketing Coordinator’s development and assist in refining CRM plans and event execution.
