该职位来源于猎聘 About the job: Inventory Control & Data AnalyticsPartner with non-SAP operations and finance teams to analyze E&O reserves, including non-nettable inventory tracking and special reserve override control.Perform detective controls on cycle counts by collecting quarterly site sign-off reports and conducting independent data validation.Review Inventory Cap Variances monthly across all sites and assist corporate teams in identifying and tracking anomalies.Conduct quarterly MFG Scrap Track.Use Power BI to consolidate, analyze, and visualize inventory data, enabling proactive issue identification and resolution. Monthly Finance ReportingLead the monthly update of Power BI report source data, including collection and integration of non-SAP plant reports.Monitor and ensure timely refresh of Power BI dashboards; investigate and resolve data discrepancies.Calculate monthly cycle count accuracy and track abnormal trends using Power BI.Update and analyze the global freight report monthly. Daily OperationsMaintain cost center master data for SAP locations.Support month-end closing activities.Coordinate year-end standard cost setting in SAP and ensure timely and accurate cost transfers between SAP and non-SAP entities.Use Power BI to track standard cost changes and provide insights to stakeholders. Business partner supportParticipate in SAP integration projects and provide CO module support.Support local teams in resolving costing-related system or data issues.Prepare SOX control documentation and support internal/external audits. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Power BI for data modeling, dashboard creation, and exception tracking; experience with RPA or automation tools is a plus.5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations support, or cost-related roles in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.Should have excellent spoken and written communication skills in EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
