We believe that exceptional design—both in our application and in our brand communication—is critical to our success and user satisfaction.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly versatile Senior Designer to own the end-to-end visual and user experience across our core product and all marketing channels. This is a hybrid role requiring strong expertise in both modern UI/UX principles (for our web app) and compelling graphic design (for our B2B marketing presence). A core responsibility will be ensuring a high-impact, consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints. You will be the sole senior design voice, responsible for setting the standard for quality and brand consistency.What You Will Be Responsible For1. Product Design (UI/UX)Application Design Ownership: Lead the complete UI/UX design process for our core B2B SaaS application, from wireframes and prototypes to final, pixel-perfect visual design.Responsive Experience: Ensure the application interface is fully responsive and optimized for seamless use across desktop and mobile devices.User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to iterate on designs that solve complex user problems efficiently.Design System Management: Define, maintain, and scale a component-based design system (e.g., in Figma) to ensure consistency and development velocity across the engineering team.2. Marketing & Brand DesignMarketing Website: Design and maintain a high-converting, responsive marketing website ([Your Company Domain]) that clearly communicates our value proposition to B2B clients.Creative Assets: Design all marketing collateral, including digital ad creatives (display, social media), email graphics, social media content, and presentation decks.Print Materials: Develop professional print materials such as brochures, event banners, and internal documents, ensuring they align perfectly with our digital branding.3. Brand GovernanceConsistency Champion: Act as the primary guardian of our brand identity, ensuring a unified visual and tonal experience across the product, marketing, and all external communications.Guidelines: Document and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines (visual and tone of voice) for internal and external use.Required QualificationsThrives in 0→1 environments; balances vision with execution speed.6+ years of professional design experience, 2+ years in a Senior or Lead capacity, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.Deep proficiency in Figma for prototyping, component creation, and design handoff.Expert understanding of modern design principles, information architecture, and responsive design methodologies.Proven ability to work autonomously and communicate design rationale effectively to non-design stakeholders (Executives, Engineering, Sales).A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both complex UI/UX (SaaS product interfaces, not just marketing sites) and high-quality marketing creative.Expert at brand strategy and storytelling through design;Deep understanding of modern UX/UI principles, responsive design techniques, and accessibility best practices;Experience designing for landing pages, promotional website sections, and marketing campaigns;How You'll Stand OutPortfolio demonstrating high-quality digital work (web design, social content, motion/animation, digital campaigns) with strong visual standards.AI proficiency (e.g., prompt engineering, workflow automation) in support of creative or operational output.Experience designing for onboarding flows, virality features, pricing pages, or subscription models.Motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, or similar);Strong illustration skills or unique hand-drawn visual style;Experience with prototyping and interaction design;Experience working with digital asset management systems.Experience working directly with Webflow (or similar no-code/low-code platforms) for marketing site implementation.Familiarity with motion graphics, basic video editing, or animation principles.Experience designing for data-intensive applications (dashboards, complex data visualization).
