Your tasksAs Sr Expert Mech Superv (in view offshore) prior to Ready for Start-Up date and before start of offshore rotation work, your tasks will be:Complete mandatory safety and offshore survival training (e.g., HUET, first aid, firefighting)Attend technical training on equipment and systems used offshoreParticipate in company induction and compliance programsReview and familiarize with maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and operational proceduresUpdate asset registers and maintenance records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Perform functional checks and quality assurance on spare parts and toolsAssist in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) or SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) if applicableAttend planning meetings for RFSU (Ready for Start-Up) and offshore mobilizationAs Sr Expert Mech Superv (in view offshore)as of Ready for Start-Up date and start of offshore rotation work your tasks will be:Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical maintenance (preventive, corrective, campaign) on rotating and static equipment, pipelines, flowlines, structure, etc.Ensure compliance with HSSE, integrity standards, and regulatory requirements in all mechanical activitiesSupervise contractors and technicians, ensuring proper use of PTW, isolations, inspections, and task risk assessmentsSupport condition monitoring and inspection (vibration analysis, NDT, PSV, lifting equipment), interpret results, and initiate corrective actionsMaintain CMMS records (work orders, backlog, KPIs), equipment history, and ensure spares/tools are preserved and controlledEnsure proper closeout of activitiesProvide technical support on troubleshooting, repairs, and shutdown/start-up activities; propose process and equipment improvementsReview and accept delivery of new equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and certificationParticipate in planning meetings, audits, and RCA; provide input to maintenance strategies, budgets, and training programsYour profileEducation: University degree in any engineering or science-based disciplineRelevant professional experience: >12 yearsMinimum of 5 years offshore experience (project / operations) 12 years’ relevant experience, incl. 5+ years in offshore oil & gasStrong knowledge of rotating and static equipment (pumps, turbines, vessels, exchangers, valves)Experience with CMMS (SAP), condition monitoring, and integrity management systemsProven HSSE awareness and leadership mindsetStrong troubleshooting, planning, and leadership skills in multicultural teamsGood communication skills in English; proficient with MS Office
