Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION Sr. Finance Executive / Asst. Manager - Finance and Accounts for manufacturing and service segment of business.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Preparing and presenting to Management actuals & other Weekly, month end, quarter end, yearend reporting from BU finance perspective.Analyzing Actuals vs Planned, along with variancesAnalyzing time booking of resources to revenue, department wise profitabilityBudgeting, forecasting, including active involvement in relevant discussion with regional, Sales, operation, HR team.Keep track of PL, Asset management situation vs budget and highlight to right people the red flags, if any.Monitoring Inventory, AR, DSO, ITO, Past dues and other Asset Management parameters. Driving improvements with the help of relevant stakeholders in those areas.Co-ordinating with AP counterpart answering various queries timely.Co-ordinating with multiple functional leaders and team to collect various inputAd-hoc reports as and when asked by managementParticipating in various audits from BU finance perspective.Job Requirements:Strong Analytical SkillsPreferably having exposure to Oracle & HFMExperience of handling Project Accounting is preferredStrong Understanding of manufacturing process flowStrong Understanding of service industryInventory accounting, Standard Costing and variance analysisKnowledge of US GAAP, Accounting Standards & Ind-AS.Working knowledge of Income Tax and Transfer Pricing regulationsMust have good exposure to activities like budgeting, forecasting, analyzing actual vs planned resultsShould be able to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders in matrix organizationStrong verbal & written communication skillsStrong Analytical SkillsPreferably having exposure to Oracle & HFMExperience of handling Project Accounting is preferredStrong Understanding of manufacturing process flowInventory accounting, Standard Costing and variance analysisKnowledge of US GAAP, Accounting Standards & Ind-ASWorking knowledge of Income Tax and Transfer Pricing regulationsMust have good exposure to activities like budgeting, forecasting, analyzing actual vs planned resultsShould be able to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders in matrix organizationStrong verbal & written communication skillsOther DutiesPerform other additional specific duties, when requested by the business.
