If you do not have clear and evidenced experience, you will be immediately rejected, so please do not apply.Contrastingly if you feel you are a right fit relative to the requirements below, please proceed.Opportunity OverviewOur client is a rapidly growing Voice AI company operating at the forefront of conversational AI, headquartered in the UK, renowned for fast-paced innovation and a channel-partner expansion strategy that is accelerating adoption across multiple sectors.This role offers rare exposure to every area of a scaling SaaS business during a period of immediate expansion, working in a small, dynamic team that moves quickly and values measurable outcomes.As a pivotal team member, you will work directly with leadership across marketing, operations and product to drive growth initiatives, strengthen partner enablement and help shape the company’s trajectory.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Founder’s Associate (Marketing & Operations) to join our client’s team.You are a versatile, proactive professional with experience in marketing execution, CRM management and operational workflows in a SaaS or tech environment, comfortable moving from strategy to hands-on delivery with minimal supervision.You will lead content and campaign execution, partner enablement, AI platform training and testing, and data-driven CRM operations to increase brand awareness, accelerate go-to-market and support scale in a fast-moving, AI-powered startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate how-to guides, FAQs, handbooks and onboarding materials for customers and partners.Design, write and schedule LinkedIn posts, email campaigns and newsletters aligned with brand and campaign goals.Suggest and test new marketing strategies that improve brand awareness and go-to-market effectiveness.Maintain and plan the company marketing calendar to coordinate campaigns and launches.Provide weekly business updates summarising marketing and operational progress and priorities.Create, train and test AI agents on the platform, including internal support agents for in-product help.Document processes and update platform resources to support internal training and enablement.Conduct competitor analysis, gather customer insights and track market trends to inform product and marketing decisions.Maintain shared resources so campaign data, files and documentation remain organised and accessible.Serve as administrator of the company CRM, owning data accuracy, segmentation and governance.Design and implement scalable processes and data capture frameworks that support business growth.Generate regular CRM and campaign performance reports and dashboards for leadership.Identify and implement process improvements as the company scales across teams and partners.Minimum Qualifications3 to 6 years’ experience in marketing, operations or a similar role within a SaaS or tech environment.Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Canva, CMS platforms and modern AI tools.Strong written and verbal English with exceptional attention to detail and editorial consistency.Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative and proactive mindset with confidence to act independently and make sound decisions.Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.Genuine interest in AI, technology and SaaS platforms.Demonstrated technical aptitude to learn new platforms and troubleshoot basic issues.Bonus QualificationsExperience with automation platforms or additional AI tooling beyond the basics.Previous remote experience supporting UK, European or US-based companies.Comfort with data entry, reporting frameworks and clear process documentation.Familiarity with channel-partner enablement in B2B SaaS.Understanding of website optimisation and basic SEO analytics.Company BenefitsTop-of-the-market pay.Remote working.Potential for flexible hours.We typically use our own laptops, but we will provide any extra equipment needed to do your best work.Becoming a part of Palm Outsourcing where performance is rewarded with long-term job security and continued growth opportunities.Thank you for taking the time to apply, we look forward to reviewing your application.
