Role DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Data & Analytics (D&A) is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of data and analytics capabilities across the organization, including AI applications to deliver actionable insights and drive business value. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy, lead data integration and governance efforts, and define and implement AI models that align with business objectives within the Finance function and the broader organization.The role will touch all aspects on the business and interface with various functions. It is a highly visible role with frequent exposure to senior leaders in the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy that supports the company’s financial and business goalsSupport the transformation of the finance function and other departments through advanced analyticsCo-create D&A strategy with the IT Function to ensure data foundations are set to enable analytics initiativesCollaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key financial analytics initiativesEnable reporting automation by developing and maintaining dashboards using data visualization tools that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholdersWork closely with the CEO, CFO and other members of the leadership team to establish and coordinate the AI Governance CouncilOwn and advance the Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise architectureEstablish and enforce data governance policies and procedures within FinanceEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all data used for analysis and reportingAct as Finance Lead/ owner of financial systems (HFM, Tagetik)Collaborate with FP&A on the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support financial forecasting and strategic planningConduct ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and support strategic decision-makingRequirementsMinimum Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, finance or accounting7+ years of experience in data analytics, with relevant financial experienceFamiliarity with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, Python, or RExperience with visualization tools such as PowerBI or TableauFamiliarity with statistical methods and data modelling techniquesExperience in Manufacturing industry a plusSAP experience a plusSelf-starter with strong results orientationCollaborative style with proven written and verbal communication skillsArdagh Metal Packaging is a leading global supplier of sustainable, infinitely recyclable metal beverage cans to brand owners. This role is bonus eligible. The bonus incentive program is based on company meeting or exceeding targets. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate and is only applicable for roles that are based out of Illinois.
