You will support People Solutions (PS) Global teams and the US Segment by driving consistency in the delivery of GP programming. In this role, you will also flex across GP programs to manage the implementation of priority projects aligned with US GP strategies and goals. A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with the People Solutions (PS) Global teams, the in-market US Flex team, and Field People teams to ensure alignment with both US GP and PS GP strategic priorities and evolving market needs. Your work will contribute to the broader People Solutions strategy by ensuring seamless integration and execution of initiatives that support organizational effectiveness and talent outcomes.The candidate is expected to reside within India.Responsibilities:In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Collaboration & Coordination:Collaborate with the in-market US Flex and Strategy & Planning and PS Global teams to understand market support needs and GP prioritiesCoordinate with market Field People stakeholders as needed to support decision-making and ensure consistent delivery of programming across field officesProvide guidance and support to People Experience Flex Supervisor as needed Project Support & Implementation:Manage the project planning, task prioritization, and implementation of GP programming as relevant across the US SegmentOversee the delivery of multiple high level/high impact workstreams successfullyCreate presentation materials & data management artifacts required for the effective deployment and phasing of GP initiativeContinuous Improvement:Provide periodic updates to the North America Delivery Lead and in-market Flex team on project status and prioritization of work; Escalate any issues and concerns regarding program delivery support Prepare insights/reports for Field People teams to utilize in influencing key stakeholders within Franchisee and McOpCo-owned restaurants and to track strategic goal accomplishmentsQualifications:Basic Qualifications:Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Culture, or related field; advanced degree preferredProven experience in roles responsible for people experienceExperience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structureExperience working across many countries and culturesUnderstands the needs and challenges of global leadersExperience working and collaborating with global teams across multiple regionsCapable of driving cross-functional alignment to streamline processes and initiativesProficient in supporting and contributing to the success of complex, diverse teams across global marketsPreferred Qualifications:Technical knowledge in areas of people experience, support delivery, and HR processesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skillsAbility to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organizationKnowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulationsStrong business acumenOpen to learning new systems and processesExceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starterStrong ability to influence others; able to build and drive a strong business case for people as a growth driverContinuous improvement and growth mindset
