Job DescriptionJoin the LEGO® Group in Boston as a dynamic member of our Regional Commercial Development team, where you'll play a key role in bringing our beloved products to life in retail environments! This exciting position is perfect for those who thrive on variety and are eager to dive into the dynamic world of Commercial Planning while helping us achieve our organizational goals.Core ResponsibilitiesDriver of brand protection through the development, management and execution of pricing policies for the US and CA markets; including vendor management relationship.Manage the Authorized Seller Policy for the U.S. market.Responsible for guaranteeing customer investment decisions align with customer segmentation model frameworks. Drive regional governance; ensuring compliance with our agreed customer segmentation model.Responsible for improving regional Trade Investment Efficiency strategy in alignment with worldwide mentorship on procedures, resources, capabilities, and protocols.Lead regional promotion guidance and Trade Investment effectiveness initiatives. Work with Global Commercial Development forums to ensure tools and process are optimized.Lead E2E revenue management activities with particular emphasis on regional pricing process in partnership with global commercial development.Do your part in our team succeedingRegional Commercial Development sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. It offers in-depth understanding of the LEGO Customer Value Proposition and our channel strategy and combines both long term strategic direction aligned to global/regional priorities, as well as local market needs to maintain flexibility and agility. You will have an opportunity to engage with sales management, regional marketing and the global Market Commercial Development (MCD) teams. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
