Key responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams, mentoring junior designers, managing design projects from concept to completion, and staying current with design trends and technologies.What you will do:Creative Direction & Development: Conceptualize and design visually compelling marketing materials such as social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and other campaign collateral that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual elements maintain a consistent brand identity across various media, including digital platforms and traditional print materials. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, product developers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual designs. Project Management: Oversee the entire design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and to specifications. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design software, techniques, and industry trends to bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to the team. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and reviews of designs, refining images, fonts, and layouts to meet high standards before final delivery. User Experience: Design with user-friendliness in mind, creating intuitive and accessible visual assets that enhance user experience on digital products.Requirements:Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing graphic design. Strong skills in visual design, branding, layout, typography, and design systems. Mastery of industry-standard design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. (a plus if they can do landing pages as well) Marketing Acumen: A good understanding of marketing approaches and how to translate strategy into visual design that achieves measurable results. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Confidence in working independently, identifying problems, and finding creative solutions.
