Sr. Mechanical Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and mentor the whole site to ensure smooth project execution.Develop, plan, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones.Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery and installation.Review and validate technical drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation before implementation.Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures.Manage contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project scope and timelines.Prepare and present progress reports, cost analyses, and performance metrics to senior management.Ensure mechanical systems integration with electrical, civil, and structural works as required. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringMinimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in construction, MEP, or contracting environments.Proven track record in managing or supervising mechanical installation, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.Strong leadership, delegation, and team management abilities.
