Job Title: Sr. Operation Assurance and Operation Readiness Engineer (TPC Position)Job type: Contractor (TPC)Job Description:- Operation AssuranceQuality Assurance: Ensuring that all project activities meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements.Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the safe and efficient operation of the facility.Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitoring project performance to ensure that it aligns with the operational objectives.Stakeholder Communication: Keeping all stakeholders informed about the project’s progress and any potential issues that could affect operations.-Operation ReadinessPreparation for Handover: Ensuring that the facility is fully prepared for handover to the operations team, including all necessary documentation and training.Operational Procedures: Developing and implementing operational procedures and guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operation.Training and Competency: Providing training to the operations team to ensure they are competent and ready to take over the facility.Commissioning and Start-Up: Overseeing the commissioning and start-up processes to ensure they are conducted safely and efficiently.Maintenance Planning: Developing maintenance plans to ensure the long-term reliability and availability of the facility.-Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.-Other tasks as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor’s in Engineering or a related field.15+ years of experience in within the upstream oil and gas industry/PSC company.Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to operation assurance and readiness.Solid Technical expertise in upstream oil and gas operations and maintenance is a plus.Certification in relevant areas (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.
