We make growth feel easy.Because your growth is our business.Your MissionAs a Senior Performance Marketer, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms for key clients. You will be assigned clients and be given complete freedom and support on how to grow those accounts. You’ll be accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes — from acquisition to retention — by combining high-impact creative, strategic media planning, and sharp performance analysis. This role is both strategic and hands-on, and you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to drive scalable, sustainable growth.What You’ll DoPerformance Strategy & ExecutionDevelop, launch, and scale data-driven paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, aligned with client KPIs.Build full-funnel strategies that span acquisition, retention, and re-engagement, leveraging platform-specific best practices and automations.Own media planning, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to maximize performance and ROI.Creative Direction & OptimizationCollaborate with creative and CRO teams to develop and iterate on high-converting ad assets (video, static, carousel, UGC) and landing pages.Provide creative direction and feedback based on performance data and platform trends.Implement structured A/B tests across creative, copy, targeting, and placements to continuously improve results.Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze campaign performance and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies.Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, LTV, etc.) to identify trends, spot inefficiencies, and scale what works.Build and maintain dashboards and pacing reports to ensure transparency and alignment with client goals.Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for performance strategy and campaign updates. You will work with pod Director and Project Manager to ensure the client is well serviced, however you will be the main voice around performance marketing.Deliver regular reports and insights to educate clients and build trust through transparency and results.Align media performance with broader business objectives, adapting strategy as needed.Collaboration & ExperimentationPartner with CRO, funnels, content, and developers to ensure cohesive, conversion-optimized user journeys.Champion a culture of experimentation and test-and-learn frameworks to drive continuous improvement.Who You Are:Performance-Oriented & Strategic:You understand how to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking to drive meaningful results.Data-Driven & Curious:You live in dashboards, love testing, and thrive on uncovering insights that lead to action.Client-Centered Communicator:You’re comfortable translating complex performance data into clear takeaways and next steps for clients.Collaborative & Proactive:You work well across teams, and you’re always a few steps ahead — identifying what’s needed to move faster and smarter.Nice to have:Experience in performance marketing, content strategy or direct-response copywriting (agency, freelance or in-house).Hands-on work with Meta as a performance channel, and exposure to funnels and landing pages.Why So Shall We?Great salary.Work with great humans in a supportive, growth-oriented team that delivers real results.Your personal development will be done directly with the CEOAmazing office space in Palermo HollywoodOpportunities for career development and professional growth.Unlimited PTO.
