You’ll leverage data-driven insights to shape the future of payments, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.■Responsibilities・Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for payment products.・Drive data-driven decision-making using customer behavior, market trends, and business metrics.・Lead cross-functional alignment to deliver results at scale.・Identify and launch new payment solutions.・Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable payment solutions.・Mentor a team of product and program managers.・Present to senior leadership and influence product strategy.■RequirementsMust-have:・6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience・6+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience・Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition・Experience with end-to-end product delivery・Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product・Business-level English communication skillsNice-to-have:・Business-level Japanese■SalaryJPY 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 per year■BonusYes■JOB ID: VAC-277923To apply for this position, please click the "Apply" button above and fill out the required information.
