This role requires a strong switch product knowledge, project development process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Manage and host switch projects from kick off to EOL. Support system engineers during EVT/DVT/PVT stage. Taking this change, PM needs to make sure and well know product each angel detail including manufacture process. Collaborate cross-functionally with software/firmware, BMC/BIOS, HW, ME designers, and production team, and Lab team to review product status and quality.Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical issues resolution. Control schedule and on time delivery Come out support document and selling points to make sure product successful.Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent program management experiences are preferred. 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience is plus 3~5 years of hands-on switch product experience is plus. Experience in manufacturing process. Ability to create positive relationships with internal and external team members. Ability to work with team members and collaborate effectively with people in different group Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
