Make it your story.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a production team within our manufacturing unit, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. Each day, you will oversee production processes, manage resources, and ensure we transform raw materials into ABB products efficiently and safely. You will also showcase your expertise by leading by example and fostering a culture of data-driven management. The role may require flexibility to work PM shifts according to roster requirements and business needs”.You will be mainly accountable for:Leading and organizing production teams to effectively meet line production targetsEnsuring production scheduling and plans align with demand requirements and inventory service levelsManaging equipment and facilities improvements while working with maintenance teamsDriving production execution to achieve volume, quality, and on-time delivery targetsIdentifying operational improvements and overseeing implementation of performance enhancementsResolving critical product or equipment issues in collaboration with internal teamsLeading, developing, and mentoring team members while ensuring proper staffing and performance managementOur team dynamic is collaborative, with a focus on efficient problem-solving, continuous improvement, and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards to exceed production goals.You will join a dynamic, high-performing leadership team, where you will be able to thrive and make a meaningful impact.Qualifications For The RoleCollege degree in Production/Industrial Engineering3-5 years of experience in assembly industry as a Production, Process or Industrial EngineerYou are highly skilled in leadership and team management with strong supervisory and coaching abilitiesDemonstrate established experience in motivating and leading teams with proven conflict resolution and performance management skillsDeep understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and Lean Six Sigma methodologiesProficient in ERP/MRP systems like SAP with strong data analysis and KPI reporting capabilitiesExpert knowledge of workplace Health and Safety requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in cross-functional collaborationProven ability in scheduling, prioritization, and resource allocation to meet customer demandWhat’s in it for you?Lead a team within a global technology leader committed to sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvementWork in a collaborative and safety-focused leadership environment with excellent development opportunitiesMedical cover for you and your familyStable, full-time onsite leadershipWe value people from different backgrounds.
