Job DescriptionAs a Sr Program Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of programs within the Building Automation sector. You will be responsible for managing and delivering complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving program performance.You will report directly to our Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Seoul location.In this role, your impact will be comprehensive, encompassing strategic direction, program execution, team leadership, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation, compliance, and program growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of programs, which, in turn, can contribute to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the execution of complex programs within the Building Automation sector.Manage and deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget.Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives.Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success.Provide leadership and guidance to program teams.Monitor and report program performance metrics.YOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies.Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.WE VALUEBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Experience in a global organization.Experience in managing programs in a matrix organization.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.About HoneywellHoneywell International Inc.
