该职位来源于猎聘 We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our global PVB (Automotive Passenger Vehicle Business) Project Management team. As Sr. Project Manager you will be responsible for new product development projects and execution of project plans that meet customer expectations for specific customer platforms.The Sr. Project Manager must be an active leader with excellent project management, communication, presentation, and team building skills.The Sr. Project Manager is the single point of contact internally and externally for program initiation, status and completion of the Littelfuse 5 Phase process.The Sr. Project Manager must proactively manage the available resources to achieve the project goals.About The JobManage new large / complex projects from conception to production release, coordinating the efforts of the cross functional project teamMonitor and control risks and compliance of assigned projects to requirements (eg schedule, cost, quality, technical performance)Prepare reports as necessary on assigned projects and present to managementCoordinate APQP (Advanced product quality planning) and Phase Review activitiesIn conjunction with other team members devise preventative and corrective action plans as necessaryManage the interface with the customer and ensure satisfaction About you:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)Mandatory knowledge about current sensor and/or battery management system (BMS)Automotive OEM’s and Tier 1 customer interface experience requiredRecent experience working in project management and/or project coordination, especially in a manufacturing environment (7+ years of experience)Deep knowledge of PMO practices & softwareExperience working and delivering results in a multi-cultural environmentProficiency with technical tools such as MS-Office (e.g. Excel, Word, & PowerPoint), MS Project, Adobe Professional, and/or SAPExcellent communication skills (verbal & written).Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approachFluency in EnglishAbility to travel 10%
