Please Note - Candidates who are fluent in Swedish and in Sweden with valid work permit may only apply.Assignment Description:We are looking for a Senior Project Manager -Industrial Installation to join our dynamic team.What you will work on:Coordinate installation activities onsite at the new factory in LudvikaAct as the primary link between the customer and the construction contractor during installation phasesDevelop, maintain and ensure execution of installation plans in collaboration with the construction contractorSupport the project manager in installation-related tasks within industrial investment projectsManage and align installation requirements from subcontractors supplying and installing machineryPlan and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)Ensure that installation activities follow safety, quality and timeline requirementsContribute to both strategic preparation and hands-on execution during installation phasesDrive structured follow-up and reporting of installation progressWhat you bring:Engineering degree in a relevant technical fieldMinimum 6 years of documented experience in project management of industrial installationsStrong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex projectsProven ability to work structured, proactively and independentlyExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplinesExperience working onsite in industrial environmentsAdvantageous experience with FAT and SAT processesFluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and writtenStrong focus on safety, quality and delivery precision
