Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive – Lift/Elevator DivisionLocation: Kathmandu Industry: Lift/Elevator | Construction Department: Sales & Business Development Experience Required: Experience in construction industry with strong exposure to contractors, architects, and project consultants.Job PurposeThe Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth for lift/elevator products by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and project developers. The role requires strong market knowledge of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close high-value B2B projects.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & SalesIdentify and generate leads from contractors, architects, consultants, builders, and real estate developers.Promote lift/elevator products to potential clients and pitch product features, specifications, and benefits.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive business development.Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers & project stakeholders.2. Client Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and construction companies.Conduct site visits for requirement analysis, product recommendations, and project feasibility.Handle customer queries, pricing negotiation, and follow-ups until deal closure.3. Project & CoordinationCoordinate with the technical and engineering team for site assessment, design, and proposal preparation.Work closely with installation & service teams to support after-sales requirements.Track project progress from sales order to installation and handover.4. Market & Competitor AnalysisMonitor ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the Kathmandu valley.Study competitor pricing, offerings, and market trends to support strategic planning.Provide regular market intelligence updates to management.5. Documentation & ReportingPrepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.Maintain CRM data, lead status, and client visit reports.Submit weekly and monthly sales performance updates to management.Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducationBachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).ExperienceProven experience in construction-related sales (elevators, building materials, HVAC, sanitary, hardware, interior/exterior products).Strong network with contractors, architects, builders, and consultants.SkillsStrong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.Ability to understand technical products and project requirements.Good knowledge of Kathmandu construction market and ongoing projects.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to work independently and meet targets.
