Job Description

Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, KPIs, and other relevant metrics.Conduct detailed sales performance analysis and provide insights to sales leadership.Analyze and design sales incentive programs to motivate the sales team.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of incentive programs.Provide recommendations for adjustments to incentive plans based on performance data.Work closely with marketing to align sales and marketing strategies and initiatives.Collaborate with finance to ensure alignment on sales targets and financial goals.Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support sales initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
