What HR Services Contributes To Cardinal HealthThe People Data Assurance team manages employee data as well as the efficiency and accuracy of HR data transactions and processes.Responds to and supports the resolution of inquiries from employees, managers, other HR teams and the other teams in the HR Service CenterAdvises employees, managers, and HR Business Partners on time off inquiries and/or corrections, immediate and non-immediate terminations, RIF and severance, and employee death processing.Ensures process documentation is accurate and updated appropriatelyHelps ensure complete protection of employee data through the adherence of state and federal regulations.Identifies root cause, evaluates impacts and develops solutions for process breakdowns, coaches and educates management & HR partners on policies, practices and processesDevelops and maintains standard operating procedures/local work instructions for new and/or modified HR programs, technology, or policies impacting the employee experience and separations processesQualifications Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. 2+ years' knowledge in related field, preferred. Knowledge and experience with HR systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Kronos, etc.) Critical eye for detail and appreciation for data accuracy and integrity Experience working within compliance and regulations preferred, specifically relating to separations and RIF. Uncompromising commitment to client and customer satisfaction Proven successful ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and effectively handle daily planned and unplanned operational activities. Works with ServiceNow case management tool to document work executed within the Workday system. Participates and drives in continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrates strong knowledge of customer service protocols and empathy for the personal circumstances of employees. Operates within defined KPI expectations set out by leadership. Advises employees, managers and HR Business Partners on department/organization updates and/or assignments as well as employee data changes: hires, role changes (promotions, demotions, transfers) Ensures complete protection of employee data and complies with all data privacy processes and regulations. Develop, update, and maintain process documentation and LWIs to reflect changes in processes. Partners across all HR Service Center and Payroll teams (on both the Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams); HR teammates and COEs to respond to inquiries and ensure processes are operating efficiently, effectively and are compliant. Provides guidance and coaching to help manage complex cases and minimize risk to Cardinal Health. Consults with other HR Service Center teams to ensure processes are functioning properly and updates are made to reflect changes.
