We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills And Competencies2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in an agency or Fortune 500 companyProven ability to source for both technical (engineering, IT, data science) and non-technical (finance, operations, HR) rolesStrong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools and databasesExperience sourcing talent in the US and/or Costa Rica is highly preferredExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and nurture relationships with passive candidatesResults-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing KPIs and SLAsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiters and hiring managersBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalentResponsibilitiesProactively identify, engage, and build pipelines of passive candidates for various roles, including technical and non-technical positions.Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, AI-powered sourcing tools, and other platforms to source top talent.Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, market trends, and sourcing strategies.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies.Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely tracking of sourcing activities.Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates, assessing qualifications, interest, and availability.Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), such as response rates, candidate engagement metrics, and pipeline conversion.Stay up to date with industry best practices, sourcing technologies, and market trends to continuously refine sourcing techniques.About The TeamThe sourcing team plays a key role in Talent Attraction across the Americas by proactively identifying and engaging top talent for both technical and non-technical roles.
